TIGHT

M. Design Interiors on MStetsonThis little kitchen reminded me of mine... I tried red before the chalkboard paint and my oven is only 20". (Cute, maybe, but when trying to do a thanksgiving dinner... not so much.)

I really enjoy browsing M. Design Interors' portfolio, both residential and commercial. It seems every time I take a look, I am admiring a new combination or detail by Molly Luetkemeyer. Do you see that greek key lucite table above!?!

BLUSHING

simplesong blog header on mstetson designThis afternoon I noticed MStetson had been select by simplesong as one of her new fave blogs. How nice and it was such a wonderful treat after a long week. I love to peruse her blog and read her musings. A wife, mother, pr director, designer, crafter, baker & foodie... evidence it can all be done, and done well I might add. Welcome, simplesong readers, glad to have you.

4 THE KIDS

I love this children's playroom in Trump Place by Nitzan Design. Such a nice bright, playful space while being modern and inviting. The stripe column is so great, wrapping up and over to the adjacent wall. Below, Nitzan Design created an inspiring display of children's art intermixed with bold letterforms... great idea and, obviously, well executed. Hope you all have a great weekend... I'm on the hunt for some Craigslist finds!

DIVIDED

I'm digging 3-form's room dividers, Parametre. I just came across them on 2Modern and had to share. Some of you that were lucky enough to attend the New York Gift Show or last years ICFF may have already seen them. They are made from a non-woven polyester that has the appearance of paper, but is more durable and has been UV coated. Apartment Therapy has a great photo of the color options. I could imagine using these a few places.

Can't wait to see what they release at this year's ICFF. (Not that I get to go… did that sound a little bitter? Geez.)

SHOWCASE

Another reason why I would love to live in San Francisco... Gioi Tran from Applegate Tran (see yesterday's post on their San Francisco Loft) emailed me these beautiful photos from this year's San Francisco Decorator Showcase. For the last 30 years, San Francisco mansions have been transformed by world-renowned designers to benefit San Francisco University High School's financial aid program. The showcase house is open until May 26th. Inspiring or what?
