SHAPELY

It is official. I want every product by J Schatz. My affections began with the egg bird houses, but these happening curtains are too much... does not compute... design overload.
I just can't go on...

Wow. I was blown away as I perused the website of Hong Kong based design firm, WHITESPACE. Not only am I amazed by their diverse portfolio, but I also love their site. The clean layout, ease of use, sensitivity to type, the loaders (see above) are so tasteful and thoughtful. How much do I wish I lived in Hong Kong, so I could apply there!?!
Below is a small sampling to present the quality of work WHITESPACE produces. Want to see more? Check out the WHITESPACE blog as well.

This combination of a larger, simple flower Felt Pillow with the smaller, more traditional crochet pillow caught our eye. We love the subtle tone-on-tone contrasting with the differing patterns and textures.
Make sure to check out the rest of the George website for inspiration... it houses some of our favorites. Unfortunately, the website does not offer online shopping. We thought your credit card might need a break. We know… we are so thoughtful.

MStetson is all about a good jewel tone these days, so when we came across Jeannie from Los Angeles’ Domino Magazine decorating design contest entry, we just had to post. We love the peacock teal wall color, the houndstooth Kravet tile carpeting and the gold accents.
Below is Supon from Washington, DC’s. Have we told you lately we love high-gloss?

The “paper set” has found it’s newest treat. Nestled in North Laguna, Cotton Idea Studio offers some of the most perfectly letterpressed correspondence pieces, note cards, personalized stationery, and invitations. You can also go home with a piece or two of lovely gift wrap, divine grosgrain ribbon, or scores of ideas on how to dress up your home or the perfect gift.

Friends of Cotton and Proprietor Mindy Gayer celebrated the sweet spot’s new home with a summer soiree to remember. MStetson was lucky enough to be on site for the delightful debut and our favorite photographer Trever Hoehne was kind enough to capture these images and share them with us. Hats off to our friend and bon chance!
CRUDITÉS, FRUIT AND CHEESE FROM ZINC CAFÉ, SPRINKLES CUPCAKES, SPARKLING PEAR IZZE SODAS, AND CHAMPAGNE ON CUSTOM LETTERPRESSED COASTERS (OF COURSE).

You always wonder when it might happen. The gut-wrenching, mind-gripping, nothing can help you throng of heartbreak hell. No one can make it better, people always try, even when it happens to someone else - you always try and you know you're not helping. It's always a little humiliating, and due to my recent bout of blues Stets suggested I spend some time with three little friends in front of whom one will never be embarrassed.

Stephan poked his eye out. M needs a catscan. Stetson has to tape her girls into a dress this weekend. But don't fret... we're feeling golden. Dolce & Gabbana's GOLD
